Meet Sarah
Sarah’s whole life has centred around studying, practising and teaching higher consciousness and self-awareness.
In 1971 at the age of ten, she began on her own spiritual journey. She was also introduced to mantra meditation and other spiritual disciplines and techniques. By thirteen she was studying Sanskrit and in her early twenties she was teaching practical self-awareness, philosophy, meditation and Sanskrit to both children and adults.
A few years ago, seeing the crying need in the world, she was inspired to take all she has learned and reformulate it into a simple, enjoyable and practical program of Conscious Confidence.

Sarah has been an executive and transformational coach for ten years, a school executive and a teacher of children and adults for thirty years, a meditator and mindfulness practitioner for forty years.
Sarah has lived her whole life in Sydney. In 1971 at the age of ten, and of her own accord, she started learning the timeless spiritual wisdom traditions and was also introduced to mantra meditation. By thirteen she was studying Sanskrit and in her early twenties she was teaching practical self-awareness, philosophy, meditation and Sanskrit to adults.
Sarah knows from her own direct and extensive experience that true and lasting resilience, self-esteem, inner strength and confidence is found in the depth of your own being. She knows that the timeless wisdom traditions of Sanskrit make this plain. Sarah knows what to teach and how to teach this to young and old. She has decades of experience in presenting this in an easy, clear, direct and practical way.
