Meet Sarah Mane
Sarah Mane has been an executive and transformational coach for ten years, a school executive and a teacher of children and adults for thirty years, a meditator and mindfulness practitioner for forty years. She is a member of The International Coach Federation and The Golden Key International Honour Society.
Her belief is that Conscious Confidence can be taught and learnt. Her vision is that it is powerful, limitless, true and creative; and that it is worth the effort. Her goal is to show anyone who wants Conscious Confidence how to get there.
Sarah lives in Sydney Australia with her husband (who is also her dance partner).
My Vision: Conscious Confidence is a powerful, compassionate, courageous and dynamic way of living. It starts with awareness of your true Self and ends with the full expression of your limitless creative potential.
My Belief: Conscious Confidence can be taught and learnt; and that it is worth the effort. My belief is that everyone is powerful, limitless, true and creative.
My Goal: My goal is to show anyone who wants Conscious Confidence how to get there by following timeless wisdom that actually works and has been available to humanity for all time.
Sarah Mane has worked with Conscious Confidence herself for decades. She has turned a timeless teaching into a practical step-by-step program for the 21st Century. It is simple, easy and systematic. There is a balance of knowledge and practice, love and reason. Each step is fully illustrated with color diagrams. Those who engage with the enjoyable program will find their awareness raised and their consciousness expanded. They will experience a feeling of liberation and begin to see the full expression of their limitless potential.
Sarah has always loved music. She has played the piano since she was ten, sung in choirs and conducted choirs. Her more recent musical delight has been to learn the harp. She is a member of an amateur Sydney-based harp ensemble “Highly Strung”.
Music – piano, voice, harp, conducting
Ballroom Dancing – with her beloved dance partner
Sanskrit – the natural language of the Universe
In 2009, Sarah and her husband took up Ballroom and Latin dancing. A goal they had had since they married in 1986! From the first seconds of the first lesson, they both fell completely in love with this. They passionately and enthusiastically have lessons and dance every week. Dancing has opened up their social life and enjoyment through sharing an activity together which is artistic, technical, demanding and just plain fun!
“Working with Sarah has given me direction and clarity and I have fulfilled goals which I never thought would be achievable. This has not only helped me during the sessions it has given me an array of tools which I can use throughout my life.”
Learning and employing good coaching skills has been a natural and highly valuable addition to her extensive teaching and tutoring experience. Sarah started her own coaching practice and has thoroughly enjoyed working with highly successful executives and motivated clients in Sydney. Her coaching work has included helping clients to discover their core values, goals, purpose and passion, and action planning; all of her work as a coach has naturally arisen out of her decades of spiritual study and practice; it has shown Sarah what is truly important to everyone – Self-connection, Self-awareness, Self-knowledge, Self-Realization, mindfulness, attention and effective action.
As a natural extension of her coaching practice Sarah has often been called upon to present key-note speeches and workshops on a wide range of topics such as: Mindfulness and Self Development; The Power of Storytelling; No Man is an Island – an investigation into the core relationships in our lives; The Power of Goal Setting and Attitude; Wake Up and Get Out of B.E.D! (Blame, Excuses and Denial).
