The Truth of Confidence

Sarah: Yes. Thank you. It’s a great question. What’s at the heart of conscious confidence is a deep connection with yourself. And then the question is, and then what? Because we still have to live our lives. We’re not going to sit here with our eyes closed, having this lovely deep connection with ourselves all day. So, then we go and consider what are our core values? What’s dear to us? What is important to us? Because it’s connecting with that, it’s being aware of that. It’s operating from that. It’s building our lives from that, that allows us our confidence.
