Sarah: “It’s important to understand ourselves better, and to recognize that there’s a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual side to ourselves, and that we need to nourish and feed all those parts of ourselves. We also need to exercise them. We need to do something as well. It’s both. It’s like the inward and the outward breath; we take in and we give out. But understand that this is for all of those aspects. For example, if your body is craving fruit – you need fruit. The same with the mental and emotional and spiritual, they each have clear needs.”
