Conscious and Unconscious Confidence – There’s a Difference!
Explained in an interview on Conscious Confidence Radio - A Timeless Wisdom with Sarah Mane: Conscious and Unconscious Confidence – There’s a Difference! with Dr. Pat Baccili
Dr. Pat: So here’s the thing, Sarah, situational or habitual confidence. I don’t know the difference
Sarah: When someone’s wisdom is steady (steady just means it’s not moving. Being agitated and in movement means it will change depending on the weather and how they think and whether they had enough sleep that night and all these other variables). It’s just steady. It doesn’t matter what someone says to them. It’s steady, and it’s just that whole notion of being established in steady wisdom. Now that is absolutely natural. It’s not difficult, but it does require some disciplined practice and the word discipline is not necessarily a ‘hooray’ word these days and that’s because it’s misunderstood. This is situational confidence. The proper discipline – that is habitual.
