Conscious and Unconscious Confidence – There’s a Difference!
Explained in an interview on Conscious Confidence Radio - A Timeless Wisdom with Sarah Mane: Conscious and Unconscious Confidence – There’s a Difference! with Dr. Pat Baccili
Sarah: “The Sanskrit word for conscious is ‘chetana’. There’s all sorts of meanings to it. The word means excellent. It means an intelligent being or soul. The deeper meaning from some of the great scholars is that when you’re in a state of experiencing, perceiving, being a witnessing intelligence, then you’re in the power of conscious. You’re in the energy of being conscious. So that’s a bit of a circular point I’m making, but the idea is that if we derive our confidence from actually being present, actually being still and steady first, then speaking. Being connected with ourselves and getting the power from within ourselves and then acting, then making a decision. We’re showing up with a whole new power in what we’re doing. But it starts from being awake, aware, still and present within ourselves first.”
